Dr. Hal C. Cowen graduated with honors from Life Chiropractic College in 1985 and has been practicing Chiropractic in Panama City, FL for over 24 years. He is the owner and clinic director of Chironetwork Health Care Center located at 127 W. 23rd St. Panama City, FL where he focuses on the treatment of multiple conditions including low back pain, neck pain, auto injuries, sciatica, disc herniations, and sports injuries. He is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, American Academy of Spine Physicians, American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and has received his Diplomate with the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine as a American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioner. He has also received post-gradate education in Collision Reconstruction for the Medical Practitioner from Texas A&M.
